Hi everyone. I have been gone awhile and it is good to be back. I have recently gone though a lot of stuff. Thinking it was thyroid but it wasn't. My whole body was acting nuts. I have palpitations, crawling skin, muscle pain, tired eyes, headaches among other things but the doctor thinks it may bethe beginning of perimenopause. We all have to go through it sooner or later... lol but it has messed up my IBS. I am taking low dose Estrotabs. I debated rather to do so but I can't stand the way I was feeling so it is worth it for me. Hope you all are feeling better. Hope to talk with you all soon.Hugs, summer

Summer, you faded into Fall! Welcome back summer. (Wish I could really say that about the Season). Were you ever checked for fibromyalgia? Some of your symptoms sound like it. Sometimes I wonder how much of fibro is related to hormones too. IBS is one of those over-lapping symptoms with Fibro.. Just a thought. I'm afraid I can't recall if we talked about this before. Forgive me if we have. ------------------[This message has been edited by moldie (edited 10-16-1999).]

Hi, I don't think we have talked about Fibr.I am almost sure my husband has that though. He has had it a long time and he is on antidepressants that help some. He doesn't like going to the doctor but he had for years and they told him it was in his head. I am taking Estratabs and it seems to be helping but I will consider taking to the doctor. Thanks so much. Summer
