Hey all, yesterday I sent an e mail to a gastrointerolgist office near my house. they are currently doing testing on new drugs. Probably lotronex would be my idea. ANyway, they called me today, and left a message. I will call them tomorrow to see if maybe I can participate in the study. Of course, I will talk to my doctor as soon as I find out more info.FILLO

www.med.unc.edu/ibs/ the UNC doctors that I go to also invites people who want to participate in studies and there is some pay and free tests etc. They helped me; might be a good way for those who have not found help to get involved with these folks.
