yes any time I do serious excercise I have an IBS flare up.Stomach work outs be it a simple sit up or something more technical cause awful IBS pains.So much so that I dont go o the gym so I an curl up with a hot water bottle or go to the toilet.No idea how to solve this so if you or anyone comes up with a good idea id love to hear it.
Its a nightmare IBS cant even do what I love doing with out getting discomfort from doing it. I use to go to the gym 5 times a week but cut it down to 3 because of this problem. I tend to stay away from sit ups because it makes my stomach even worse. Ive even changed from going heavy 6-8 reps to lighter 10-15 reps yesterday see if it helps but felt even worse yesterday.
