Hey guys,I had a iced tea which had milk in it, now i have a little pain and i'm worried it will get worse. What can i do to make it better????Is buscopan or zantac better for this???Also i get headaches every now and then which get pretty bad, could it have anything to do with the Lactose Intolerances???

Buscopan maybe, zantac probably won't don anything unless you get acid indigestion. If it is a small amount of milk (like a couple of spoonfuls) your worry might cause more symptoms than the milk.Antispasmodics, or even something like simethicone taken with the milk might help. You might want to carry lactase with you so you can just take it with anything suspicious.I don't think the the headaches are lactose induced, but you should get them checked out by a doctor. You may need medication to control them that is more than what you can by OTC.K.
I think they only fill a quater of the glass with milk, plus i stopped drinking half way because i didn't like the idea of it looking milky....I agree with you totally on "your worry might cause more symptoms than the milk". I always go into a panic mood and i get all hot and don't know what to do. Any advice on how to control this?

I control panic/anxiety attacks with breathing techniques. [except for the one from overdose of sublingual b-complex; for that one it just basically kept me from losing my mind... :)]I've put up a couple posts on this but if you want to pm me I'll send you the last one, I saved it.
