im scared i went to the hopsital today and they took some bloodtests! and they are making me a appointment for me to go back and have the thing where you have a camera down your throat and up your bottom i dont no the terms but it sounds like its going to hurt!!! im so scared..been trying to avoid getting this done but now seems the only way to find out finally what really is wrong...so has anyone been through this?? and can they give me any info of what happens and what it is like???thanks twinks xxx

Hi Twinks, Please dont worry... it sounds awful but it really isnt. Many people here have had both done and i'm sure will be along to tell you all about it. You are put out, so you will have NO idea anything is going on. You will wake up and it will be all over !!Very informative tests too. hang in there!!

i think my mum had one down her throat before and she said it didnt hurt but it made her like retch a bit like when you touch the back of your throat so if you are awake its not painful just weird, obviously not a nice thing but atleast it will help you in the long run, dont worry im sure it wont be as bad you you think, things never are

yeah well i hope everything goes ok!! still think i will be scared until it is over but i will try to be brave..if some good comes out of it ..will be worth the pain!

Hi twinks,. don't panic... Ive had both donwe and its no big deal. id rather do that than the baruim enema which I have on monday! youre pretty drugged so you won't feel a thing!!!!
