I'm new here. Am really looking for others that suffer from IBS-C. Sure could use your insight and support. My constipation is constant and life altering. Recently my MD suggested I try Cascara Sagrada and it's working like a charm...for the 2-3 days I've been on it. Does anyone else have experience with this?
Has anyone tried Cascara Sagrada?

It is a common laxative that is controversial in that some say it can be habit forming. But, yes, it does work! I take zelnorm now and stay away from laxatives.
