Heathers diet disagrees with Monash FODMAP especially on 2 things:

1. Red meat, Heather says no good, Monash says ok.

2. White bread, Heather says ok, Monash says no.

Anyone has experience with these things, please comment, thx

I have the same questions. I have looked at both diets and simply cannot tie specific foods to episodes of D. The only trigger that I am absolutely sure of is dairy. While I eat some cheese, absolutely no milk or ice cream, etc. I have to admit that I have not adhered to Heather's diet as I probably should. I eat out a lot and all of that food is deep fat fried. I am sure this is a problem, but preparing food at home is just not my cup of tea.

How about you just order something that isn't fried? It's really really easy.
