Hi all,Last week, I had what appeared to be an allergic reaction where my lips became swollen and developed small blisters...my doc thought it was a reaction to a mango I had eaten the night before. Made sense to me.Today I went back to her because of a rash appearing on my cheeks and I have two small hives on one arm.I have them NO PLACE else - which is wierd. She gave me an allergy med called ZERTEK and some benedryl creme for the intense itch. The only thing new I have introduced into my diet is flax seed in a powder form that I sprinkle on my hot cereal every other day.I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar reaction to this stuff????Itchingly yours,Mitchd

Hi mitchd:I've never had it happen, but that doesn't mean it can't happen. Try not using the flax until the rash clears up for a week, and then try it again and see what happens. Let us know what you find out.JeanG------------------Member of "The Advance Guard for the Ozone Rangers".May the "farce" be with you. JeanG

Actually now that you mention it I had a bit of a rash on my face when I first started it but it went away in a day or two and I haven't had a problem since and I'm on my second bottle. But, you could be allergic to it. I find flax seed a great help I'd hate to not be able to take it. Good Luck!
