ive gotten the regular ibs symptoms under control but theres a couple things that are making it worse for me. first of all i always feel very fatique (spelling?) to the point where i cant even make it through a weight lifting session anymore. to make things worse, i have almost no appetite. ive lost 50 pounds now and have no way to get it back because i have no appetite to eat. normally 50 pounds would be good but i continue to lose even more
just for the record im a big kid at 6'4 now down to 180. can anyone help me with this whole appetite/fatigue thing???? feel free to email me d_cope87###hotmail.com

Could you try eating small frequent meals of simple foodsd to get your apetite back on track? It might be worth asking the doctor about fatigue and weight loss- thats not meant to be a part of IBS.I hope you start to feel much better soon, i'll catch up with you later on.Nikki
