I'm trying to get back on a Fiber supplement because of my C. I took metamucil for a few months and it caused bad C and bloating so I stopped. Then I tried Citricel and it seemed to help but I stopped a few months later because it was no longer helping the C and I heard it has too much sugar in it. Has anyone else heard this? What other Fiber supplements does everyone recommend?
