hey kay,well, i've heard mixed feelings about peppermint tea and personally, i can't stand the toothpastey taste of it!
ginger though, that's something i've been thinking of trying.for me, drinking lots of water helps a lot, but i don't drink too much at once. i just keep a bottle or glass full wherever i go and sip it here and there. i think if i were to drink a lot of it at once that i would have more gas problems as well.as well, i've heard that drinking liquids with your foods can increase gas. so that it's better to eat and drink separately.
