This doesnt seem to be working to wel so i think im gonna try digestive advantage instead of the acidophilus and also slippery elm. Does anyone know anythin about slippery elm and had any experience with it? thanks xxx

Usually the herb I hear for gas tends more to Fennel than Slippery Elm.Slippery Elm is more often mentioned for diarrhea or constipation, but it may be worth a shot.Slippery Elm info http://www.mskcc.org/mskcc/html/11571.cfm?...rdID=465&tab=HCThat site doesn't have fennel, but this one at least has the why it works info http://www.healthandyoga.com/html/product/fennel.htmlOne thing with probiotics is some brands don't have the right bacteria, or enough bacteria, or the ones that work with you. You might need to try another brand to find one that works.K.
