I know I have probably posted about this before but I am going to start researching on what foods to eat that are msg free. My doctor said to try to stay away from it as much as possible but every time Ithink about starting it I get very overwhelmed. Anyone know where to even start? Thanks for any advice on this. Anyone eat msg free if so how or did it help your ibs? I am ibs-d with anxiety.

Much like Kathleen's advise, we cook from scratch. Generally this means eating simply; but that's okay, too.I don't know if it helped me very much; but at least I know that I am not antagonizing myself any more than necessary. Mark

I saw a Dietician last year who was of great help,helping me go through everything about food stuffs,exclusion diets etc.Nothing made any difference to my symptoms,apart from having to take soya milk now.I just stick to a very plain/bland diet.
