Hi everyone,I've just come across this website as I was browsing to find advice on IBS. i've had IBS for about 3 years and it's steadily been getting worse. I suffer from painfull stomach cramps, and twisting in my gut ( particulary mornings or when im nervous or stressed) and offensive gas and the runnys.. My diet could be improved, but sitting at a desk all day it's alot more easier to graze on chocolate then fruit. I drink lots of water and try to avoid caffiene as i've found coffee is the biggest trigger for me. I've tried drin
king peppermint tea in the morning before i start work to relax my gut but its actually been making it worse. I also have quite bad bloating.nice to meet you allx
