I just got this address from Joe and wanted to drop in to say hi. I have read some of the posts and will try to pop back again from time to time to read more and maybe even respond or post new info if I find any. I have been struggling with IBS for awhile now too and wish there was that one big cure for all of us. Wouldn't it be nice to just eat whatever you want, whenever you want it?
