I like the Zone bars. I find them easy to digest ( if I chew thoroughly ) & just about the right size for a meal ( replacement).

Most are overpriced candy bars. You are probably better off eating a normal candy bar and saving some money.
nahhh, i always check the fat content first...and the ones i eat have added vitamins.
