Many other cereals and grains are fortified with Iron.Red meat is not the only source of iron.Are you anemic? Or just think you need more iron? If your blood counts are OK then your diet is probably OK.see http://www.cc.nih.gov/ccc/supplements/iron.html The tables at the bottom list both meat (heme) and non-heme sources of iron.K.
