The fecal body odor is bad enough but i also suffer from very poor concentration and headaches and i am unable to gain weight. I went swimming this summer and was told i looked like an "Auschwitz victim".
I have been dealing with this for awhile and i admit that i have lost faith in the medical system. The first time a went to a doctor about my condition he told me i was overreacting and that i needed to take a laxative. Started fishing around, asking other doctors for advice, and I was told it is all in my head...
So anyways i have been reading a lot of books and web pages and i believe that my problem was caused by emotional stress and a poor diet which put physical stress on my elimination system until it finally cracked.I wasn't really prepared for this post, i can not remember all the books i wanted to share but here are my favorites:You can read these for free over the internet.Toxemia Explained by John Henry TildenIts a good book it explains a lot of things my doctor couldn't.The Hygienic System: Fasting And Sun Bathing by Herbert M. SheltonThis is a pretty exciting book. I'm about to start another fast. this time shooting for 20+ days or a "full" fast.Dr Jensen's Guide To Better Bowel Care by Dr Jensen, duh =pThis book mentions a lot of the symptoms that are commonly talked about in this forum. (fecal body odor, IBS, etc.) Talks about the digestive systems relaition to the nervouse system.Weather or not you agree with his method of treatment it is still worth a read.Hope this helps someone.

I got this cleanse off of a guy who practices Chinese medicine I alternate it between my fasts:-First thing in the morning I have a glass of warm water with lemon and cayenne to get my digestive system going. With just the juice in your stomach the acid should help clear out any mucus which is important for all around health and also with dealing with Candida infections too because Canada thrives in mucus. -After the drink I wait for as long I can before I have breakfast. I keep the breakfast small like a couple pieces of fruit.- I avoid animal proteins, I am told to have them be only 15% of any meal max but I try to avoid them altogether.- also i use "proper food combining"- After that its pretty much a "no brainer" I just avoid processed foods avoid dairy, coffee, sugar, chocolate, soy products, and anything else that you find irritates you or causes mucus.Anyways that's just what I do for a cleanse.Another book I didn't mention before but should have is "Thrive" by Brendon Brazier. I strongly suggest you research it. Cleansing has really helped me out a lot. I hope it can help you too!
