Wondering what's involved and how long do appeals normally take. Thinking that Zelnorm has a better chance second time around if we all do as requested with our letters

The FDA has 30-days to review and give a ruling following receipt of an appeal.I believe we can expect some news in September.Jeff

THANKS Jeff...30 days is no time...thought maybe it took months or a year so this is good news..now, per awful chance...it still isn't approved, then what is the next step...

I don't know what the actual appeal argument said but I suppose they could either approve Zelnorm and overturn their previous decision or decide that additional clinical studies are needed.Jeff
