How she eliminated her IBS symptoms by putting pressure in the ear

Hello UK,Background:I told a woman I met on the internet who had Crohns that I and another man had reduced our autoimmune gut symptoms to zero-his was colitis (as long as we didnt use any immune suppressant meds-which almost all colitis and Crohns sufferers do and it doesnt work if the person is on them - by just applying mild pressure in our ear with a part of a cotton ball which evidently stimulates the immune system in a beneficial way and she tried it and reported that within a week she was also virtually symptom free of her Crohns. But she also said her daughter tried it for her long standing IBS and reported that whenever she wore the cotton ball she got zero symptoms from her IBS and when she did not wear it it came back. As I remember the daughter told her mother that the elimination was immediate, not the week it took the mother for her Crohns to die down.I found out recently that the type of cotton ball we started with which was conventional ordinary cotton balls (UK calls it wool) no longer work because all ordinary cotton balls now use genetically engineered cotton and the body doesnt react to them in the desired way and so I switched to organic which I can buy at any health food market which are not genetically modified and they work great. This describes what we alldid.Put slight or mild pressure against the spot in one ear (either ear-one at a time) that spot being right next to the beginning of the ear canal where the end of my fingertip would touch if I inserted my forefinger ( index finger )into my ear as far as it can go. This can be accomplished in several ways. With the fingertip of course but thats too tedious. So I use a piece of cotton to create the same pressure as the fingertip would. Synthetic objects dont work nor do conventional cotton balls as I just mentioned since they all contain genetically engineered cotton nowadays which doesnt work as the body responds to it like it was a synthetic which in a way it is. I keep checking it to make sure it hasnt come away from the spot next to the ear canal. I dont make it so big as to be uncomfortable but big enough to recreate the mild fingertip pressure, somewhere between a marble and a pea in size, but larger that a pea sized which is too insubstantial. Those of us who used it for Crohns and COlitis used it 24 hours a day but I dont know it the IBS person had to wear it 24 hours a day or just during and a number of hours after eating. Its stimulation is not active during time when I used my computer due to the radiation. It also increased the effect a bit from drugs one takes (incresed circulation?) so I plan to avoid wearing it avoid it if I ever take any drugs dangerous in overdose.Regards, Lockett

Hi Joolie, Ive never communicated with soomeone in Scotland before!! Do you have red hair?-Steve
I know people will think this is ridulous, but I have Meniers disaese ( extreme vertigo ) and a lady at the super market told me to put in a wad of cotton until it almost hurts, she says she never had a dizzy spell again. You look like a dwib with a fur ball sticking out your ear ..but hey no dizzys. I might try it for my IBS D!!!!

Hi knothappyWe tried different sizes of cotton pieces in our ear and if we used one that was that big it was uncomfortable and was too hard to get it to touch the spot that is touched by the end of the indexfingertip when inserted all the way all the way as far as it can go. So we settled on a piece of cotton much smaller maybe call it the size of a small marble or less but larger than a pea (when rolled up and that makes it harder for someone to observe too. I guess it is the size of some earplugs I have seen. Ask the Menieres lady to try that size and see if she gets the same effect and tell her to just get it to touch that spot gently or mildly, not violently and see if she gets the same effect because that is our experience. Thanks Steve (Lockett)quote]I know people will think this is ridulous, but I have Meniers disaese ( extreme vertigo ) and a lady at the super market told me to put in a wad of cotton until it almost hurts, she says she never had a dizzy spell again. Dear KnothappyHi again, the was thinking that Im surprised it worked for you friend who stuck the cotton in her ear because if England (is that where you are-Im in California) is anything like the US the cotton is genetically modified and doesnt get the desired reaction unless you buy organic from a health food market--?--Steve
Oh sorry Joolie, the Scottish lass, Im in beautiful Santa Barbara, California, you know tghe one with all the hippies. Steve
Hi did anyone try this (with organic cotton)?--Steve
I just used plain cotton balls.. where do get organic cotton??
