hi guys,Irribow is an approved drug for IBS treatment in Japan. However, I (and most of you) do not live in Japan. So, what are the options? How to get hold of this drug? Surely there must be a way.
The generic of Irribow is called ramosetron hydrochloride. It is a 5-HT3 antagonist. Ondansetron is also one. (Brand name Zofran in the US). Perhaps you could ask your Dr about that instead?
