Hello everyone. I'm a long time lurker but first time poster. Two years ago I took part int he Lotronex studies up here in Canada. It worked for me but they did not have compassionate release of the drug so I suddenly found myself off the drug after 4 months and then as you know Lotronex was taken off the American market.I have now been contacted to take part in the Cilansetron phase 111 study. It is looking very promising and without some of the side effects of Lotronex. My question is should a go for it and endure the poking and proding yet again? I kind of think if I'm going to find a cure for myself and others that I should. Also they seem to have a harder time finding suitable male sufferers.regards,Nauticus
