That last sounds just like my diet. All I eat is chicken, potatoes, beans...plain, plain bland boring foods but if I don't there's trouble. Anytime Itry to add any new foods I have anotehr D attack. No pizza, no fast foods, no dairy, read all labels..it's the pitts but anything is better than diarrhea all the time. A food diary...write down EVERYTHING you eat every day. check for trigger foods. Take your meds...and you still may have days when it happens no matter how careful you've been...the pitts
