If your talking about Mike's cds. They are worth every cent!!http://www.ibsaudioprogram.com/Didn't cure my IBS, but became a great weapon in fighting IBS. And the way I see it, the more ammo you have in a battle, the better you are to fight a war.I also recommend Tim's book, Romance, Riches, and Restrooms. http://www.romancerichesrestrooms.com/Most IBS books try to make you feel better by doing various method, diets, foods, pills, etc.Tim's book makes you feel better just knowing that you are not the only person with IBS.
These are posting from people who have been helped by Mike's CD's and hypnotherapy and CBT.http://ibsgroup.org/groupee/forums/a/tpc/f...0261/m/10210344There is also a ton of information on That forum and people will answer any questions you may have. The tapes helped me for sure and have helped many others.
Hi Andrea,Take a peek at my story for more info - and if you have questions, you can call the toll-free number and leave a time to call and someone will get back to you.Tim told me that in retrospect, the program did help him get through his brother's wedding, and he did only do the program through one time; I didn't see results until another round of the program, but most folks see some benefit early on. I was very severe refractory, could hardly leave the house, so one of the more severe cases.Clinical hypnotherapy has been researched to be one of the most effective treatment methods for IBS - and certainly you can do whatever else it takes if needed. For some, the hypno was all they needed, for othes, they use it in conjunction with other things - but just as Popp says, whatever it takes, go for it!All the best - and do feel free to call or post if you have any questions! We are all here to help.
