I've tried hypnotherapy twice and it didn't work either time. Once for smoking, (Iwas smoking 3 hrs later)and I really did want to quit! The second time was for a phobia. (yep, I'm deathly afraid of moths). What happens if you just aren't a good subject? This happens right? I did have some results with the phobia therapy as far as relaxing and had several sessions, but was unable to get any real effect. Could it be because the therapist is a family friend? Oh yeah, Are bad dreams a common reaction?
