Take a look into .. for some peppermint caps. They are supposed to help with the gas and bloating. "Heather" is an IBS'er too so her products are highly recommended. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Kez, Have you seen a dr regarding your C? It sounds like you follow a good diet/ exercise regimen. Have you ever tried taking a fiber supplement? I am also going to recommend that you go on "Heathers" website and read about her products. .. How often are you getting these symptoms and do you notice it after certain foods or time of the day???
