Depends on what is in it.Some products with that name on the label are just fiber, just fiber is usually fine long term.Some have large amounts of stimulatory laxative herbs, and may be less safe.Some have large amounts of magnesium and you may not want to take extra.Some are combinations of the above. You have to judge based on which ingredients, not what they named the product.A link to this product or the ingredient list would be helpful, otherwise it could be anything.K.
