Hi Too Tall,Sorry to hear you are going through this. It effects our lives so much. I have IBS-D and I have had it for 19 years. My life was forever changed the day this started. I am constantly wishing for the same thing you are "I wish I had normal BM's" It is good that you have turned to your dr. Maybe there is something else going on with you that will give you your life back. Stress is a major contribution so try and find ways to cope. Easier said then done-I know. If nothing else continue to lean on people who can relate to you.Keep us posted!
