I just wanted to thank all of you

As a sufferer of ibs for about 2 years now from alcohol, I finally decided to search and found this site. I saw something about "caltrate" a calcium supplement helping and i decided to try it. I started a few days ago and i have regular bowel movements now...its unbelievable. I thought i would start with some over the counter drugs and luckily this was the first i tried and it has worked like a charm.Once again thanks all

I am glad you found help with the calcium as I have done. But the alcohol could still be a problem so be careful.Take Care,Linda
