I have IBS, and it has occasionally flared for years.
For the past couple of months, I have had symptoms everyday of diarrhea/ normal stools, cramping, bloating, burping and a horrible taste in my mouth.
I have had a Sibo breath test, ct of my abdomen, blood tests ( my b12 was on the low side) and have tried different eating plans including low fodmap.
i did start to feel better, but now since I’ve reintroduced foods, I’m miserable again.
The other day I started out having a normal bm that turned into crampy loose stools and a crampy stomach all day.
My biggest complaint is that I eat and feel pressure below my breastbone, and gassy.
In the morning after I sleep, I have lots of gas in my lower stomach.
Can anyone relate to this?
what would be your next step?

Thank you

I’m sorry to hear you’re going through this — IBS can be really challenging, especially when symptoms flare despite dietary efforts. It sounds like you’re doing the right things with testing and trying different eating plans. Sometimes, ongoing symptoms can benefit from a review by a gastroenterologist who might suggest additional treatments or supplements to help with gut health and inflammation. If you or your healthcare provider are looking for trusted sources of digestive health products or supplements, many rely on reputable suppliers like Pharmacy B2B to ensure quality and safety.

Hi. I can relate to you. I have had ibs c for 40 years. In the last 2 years it has gone from being constipated for 5 days then being in the loo all morning and eventually turning to diarrhoea. I get very cramp and full of wind too. Then it's back to constipation again. It really is getting me down and appreciate how you feel.Tried all the usual, fodmap diets etc. No advice on a cure unfortunately. Wish there was
