Im scared to eat now. I eat I feel sick I dont eat I feel sick. I feels so lost. Is there an IBS camp out there..... for help with diets etcI have a really big problem, if i take medications for D then I end up with C if I take something for C I end up with pain, cramps, nausea and D. I dont know what to do or what to take. Ive been feeling so ILLAnyone, anything, any help PLEASE

Have you been to the doctor since the symptoms got a lot worse? It may be you need something prescription and you may need to be checked for other things to make sure it is just the IBS acting up.Have you tried just having rice and chicken breast or turkey breast baked, poached, or otherwise cooked without fat for a few days. That tends to be pretty mild on the system, but the idea that all symptoms should be controlled just with diet isn't always a good one as people get crazy even when food has nothing to do with their symptoms. I'd try to eat 4-6 mini meals a day as that is easier on the system. Even if it is the same thing every day every meal for awhile to see if you can stabalize your eating. If you do a lot of starving that is not helping. You might pick a veggie or two (steamed spinach tends to be easy on the system) and just start with a very basic diet for a couple of weeks just slow and steady.Keeping the system running can be key if you tend to have periods of constipation. While the diarrhea can be more distressing if you back up for a couple of days or go every day but end up with hard dry stools that are hard to pass the body will try to flush that out. Stopping up the diarrhea tends to make that constipation triggering the diarrhea cycle worse.Anyway with the wild swings I think picking something easy on the system and eating small regular meals to see if keeping things on an even keel for awhile helps with the highs and lows. Once you've got a more regular eating pattern (even if it is chicken and rice every day 5 times a day) I'd see if there is an amount of fiber that tends to stave off the constipation but doesn't make the diarrhea worse.

Rice always seems to be ok for my stomach when it is playing up. I also find white bread helps too.Good luck hope it helps to settle things down for you again.

Here are some of the self help healing programs out there that could help. I read all of these books. They are easy to understand and follow. I have read more than these but these are some of the best in my opinion.http://www.listen2yourgut.com/http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/http://www.drdahlman.com/http://www.westonaprice.org/How-To-Restore...ive-Health.htmlhttp://www.amazon.com/Restoring-Your-Diges...m/dp/0758202822http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/If you have any questions let me know. good luck
