I finally did it! I ordered the hypnotherapy tapes. My doctor gave me the name of a therapist which would cost me $100 an hour so I thought I'd try the $97 US tapes from Mike first!! I'm really looking foward to getting them and I really hope they kick my IBS in the butt!!!!!!

seriously, I haven't for second regretted using the tapes. I'm not perfect but soooo much better. but don't expect miracles overnight - be patient and go with it.
