... and... IBS pretty much almost gone!It's crazy.I can walk around and feel like a normal person and do all the things I wanna do without being stuck thinking where's the nearest washroom.. or have that awful feeling deep in the guts 24/7. i feel like im on parole. the last time i got this was about a few months back. im realistic enough to know that it's unlikely this is permanent... who knows tommorrow i may wake up and find it back in full force... but im going to try to enjoy it while i can.
