Hi - Hope you're feeling better. With something like the stomach flu on top of IBS, it's best to just be super careful until you're recovered. Try to keep up your soluble fiber supplement if you can't tolerate any solid foods. Drink lots of helpful herbal teas like peppermint, chamomile, or fennel.
