hi sarah i get "spasms" and i dont care what anyone says They DO exist although there are some who may say they dont..

Yep i suffer bad with them to, i read with intrest about people developing ibs at a traumatic time in their life. Thats when my ibs started during a very traumatic time for me, my doctor also believe's it and has me on the waiting list for councelling (sorry bad speller)post traumatic stress is what he thinks i may have.
