Can anyone recommend a good book I can get about IBS? I was looking at a few but I don't want to get one thats not useful. I would really like to get one that has to do with diet, meds, etc, to control IBS. Thanks guys!

Good books on IBS, well the 2 i would highly recommend are by Heather Van Vorous.Eating for IBS and First Year IBS.www.eatingforibs.com and www.firstyearibs.comThese are both fantastic books! They even come signed!Spliffy
