hi Briland, sorry to hear about your troubles. listen, perhaps giving up the raisin bran might help? also, when i have "stuck pellets" i go into the shower and pull them out of me manually wearing a finger cot and using prep H cream (not ointment). what has worked for me is not rushing the morning clock, retraining my body to "go" in the mornings (and now that i am taking 500 mg of magnesium supps per day, divided between two doses, first and last meal of day) i go in the late afternoons as well. magnesium supps have worked wonders for me but i will admit, when very stressed, anxious or traveling, i can block up with the worst C, - so, i try to maintain a good diet but i never take fiber supps anymore. have you tried a good probiotic? also, perhaps a Green Drink in the morning might help? here's another good recipe, if you have a juicer (not a blender): half pear juice and half apple juice, using organic fruit only, with their skins, and drink that before bedtime. works better than MoM and is better for you. on the other hand, i cannot recommend mag supplements enough. they have changed my C probs for the better, totally. it took a while tho, about a few weeks . also, if you try to "go" in the mornings, using a prep H suppository at bedtime is often very helpful. good luck my dear, G-
