If you are diagnosed with IBS, remove all dairy from your diet.... and add probiotics, especially B. longum and infantus.

Removing dairy was the biggest answer to my IBS problems... now if I drink milk or eat icecream, I really know it. Gas, stomach issues, and diarrhea.

When in real crisis, try to eat only oatmeal, white rice and bananas.

I also suffer from IBS-D can you plz share more about your diet and experience with IBS-D...

if you specify which fruits is okay for IBS-D and which vegetable worked fine with you that would be great. How about chicken? or fat free milk,,,do you have any experience with that.
