I had not had D for like a month until last night, had been taking Medimucil and that seems to keep me regular, 3 times a day of normal stools. And then last night out of no where I ate a Subway and like 2 hours afterwards I had D all night and Nausea as well. I managed to fall asleep around 1am and when I woke up I had D again, which isnt usually how it goes if I have a flare up, the next morning its usually fine. its almost noon and I still don't feel all that well. Any ideas?

Sounds like it could be a GI virus (if it goes away in a day or two it usually is a virus, if it lasts more like a week that tends to be bacterial food poisoning, but that isn't a hard fast rule). If it was a tuna sub it could be a histamine reaction. Sometimes tuna sits a bit too long before canned and develops a lot of hisamine/histamine like compounds and that can cause a bad bout of diarrhea in anyone.

I did not have a fever but I live in Florida, its like 90 degrees here everyday and if I had one I'd not notice lol especially if it wasnt a high fever. I didn't have the Tuna at all, I had a spicy Italian sub, so yeah I rarely eat out cause I feel like they just put MSG in everything these days but our oven is broken and waiting for a part to come in so I have to eat something right? I guess I will stick with goldfish crackers from now on. Its been like 24 hours and Im still feeling kinda bad although I did go out a bit today, the maid was here so I had to leave while she was cleaning.

You know...there are gallbladder crisis that resemble what you had. I never really had one but I know one of my cousins has them often and they are something like that! There are foods that just upset your gallbladder and you end up having nausea, D and stomach aches.

I've had my Gallbladder checked and I had no stones. Is there something else that can be wrong with it other then stones that wouldn't show in a CT Scan? Still feeling kinda bad, I'm slightly constipated now lol but I'm sure its cause my system is all messed up from the other nights episode...hopefully it will get back on track in a day or 2.

I had a really bad flare-up/attack a few weeks ago. At first it was constipation with the urge/need to have a BM. I suffered from nausea all day long. About 4 hours into the attack I was able to have a BM which was followed by completely watery stool. I had diarrhea for the rest of the day and even had a low-grade fever. I also found blood in my stool once. I didn't feel better till the following day. Flare-ups are of course different from person to person too.
