Hi all. My IBS affects me only when I wake up early. I was in high school for the beginning of this year, and my IBS became too severe so I was homeschooled for about 4 months. Now I have switched schools to a more relaxed place which i hoped would relieve some of the stress that triggers IBS and the second day I'm here, I have D! And I really enjoy the school too. I take pamelor, a xanax after I wake up, probiotics, and peppermint oil pills and they seem to do nothing. I really need some help because I hate living like this. Please do help. Thanks.

How about taking some imodium the night before with dinner?? If one tab is too much.. take a 1/2 of a tab or 1/4 of a tab??
