It's nice to know I'm not alone. It seems my ibs-c is worse about a week to ten days before my period too. I also get a lot of painful gas at that time. Has anyone had a c-section? I've had 3 and it seems that with the last one 2.5 years ago my ibs-c has gotten worse. I also have a lot more lower ab and pelvic pain. Anyone else?
