hi.Im a 21year old student at uni.Ive seen doctors and had the usual tests, and have been diagnosed with IBS-D.I have a meeting with a diet doc but thats during xmas. Till then i dont know what to do!(life is also pretty stressful for me, i travel across europe 12 times a year! (for uni)The gastro doc said to reduce fibre...doing a big of research online i found that there are 2 types of fibres.please help

Hi, You might also want to try keeping a food diary - note everything you eat and any reactions/how you feel. Take this with you to the diet doc when you see him/her at Christmas time. This could save you some time later on. By doing this you might find some foods that trigger your IBS. Take care.
