I am trying to take a holiday from Imodium,,i take a lot of it and thought it might be good to do when i do not have to out>> how many days can you quit taking it before diarreha comes back? has anyone done this and for how long?

Depending on where my anxiety is, I can go without it for quite awhile sometimes. However, if I eat something that doesn't agree with me or get nervous I have to take it.

I try to have a day off once a week but this can mean that I'm fine for that actual day but then the next day oh boy, the D is back!
