Wanted to talk to anyone really, the pains started up again sunday night and were beginning to wear off a little and then bang....it has just started again. Spoke to my Dowser lady and she said Ive now got to cut out Cheese,nuts,crisps the food list of what I can eat is dramatically being reduced every day!!! plus Im a veggie. Feel very unhappy and uncomfortable and wish it would disappear...

JGEORGE, when your in pain try to use some of the 10 relaxation techniques from this artilce and it may help.
