Yes I do, I have Ibs-d and I have very soft loose stools and always have to strain to go and then you think you have finished, but it still feels like there is more there, so you strain again, It does not do the anal muscles much good straining. Try sitting with your feet on a stool and push your tummy out and blow, as if you were blowing a candle out, keep doing it a few times, it does help a bit.

Does anyone have incomplete evacuation most of the time? You strain and get some BMS out and still you feel more in there?
I felt that way every day for months. I was diagnosed IBS-C and began taking fiber. After a few days, the incomplete evacuation feeling (also known as Tenesmus) went away.If you have not seen a doctor, please go see one. If you are diagnosed IBS, are you C or D?
