Does anyone out there have an increase in stomach/abdominal pain when they ride in or drive a car? I am curious about this as I can hardly stand the thought of riding/driving for more than 30 minutes at a time!
If it is in the bottom left area (where the seat angle places leg pressure against the abdomen) it is probably due to that leg pressure being exerted against the bend in the colon located there. The bucket seat in my car used to cause that pain for me. When I got a handle on my D, that pain lessened and now seems to have finally disappeared.Mark
You are not alone. I get increased pain, as well, when I am travelling in a vehicle. I also find my pain increases, a majority of the time, when I am physically active. Have a great day, carol.
