Aren't anxiety attacks and panic attacks the same thing? That is what my doctors always told me. I have panic attacks that cause irregular heartbeat also. My doctor prescribed me Klonopin for these..and it does help (Before, it felt like I was having a heart attack)...but I thought panic attacks were a part of anxiety?
