heres a link with really good probioticshttp://probiotics.mercola.com/probiotics.htmlA Probiotic Powerhouse that Packs 66 Billion Good Bacteria in every Capsuleit also has multi types and not just one type so chances are you will react good to italso know all the yogurt with probiotics now a days the yogurt is pasteurized so that kills off most of the probiotics and then it mostly only has 1 type of probiotic and not everyone will react to it so its really a wastealso selling raw milk is illegal alot of the time so thats why people have to pasteruize it but i heard people who are lactose intolerant may not suffer from lactose intolerant if the milk they drink is rawand make sure if you do drink raw milk its from farmers who raise there cow good and is healthy and raw milk is known for being extremely good for you
hiIts worth remembering that it isnt the quantity of probiotics that you take it is the stable quality of teh bacteria that is the important bit. you could take 500bil a dose and only receive the benifit of a couple hundred mil if teh integritry of the bacteria has been compromised during production. it may also take a fair amount of trial and error to find a strain or a cocktail of strains that wioll give you benefit.th eonly way to be sure is to try it and see!CheersIan
