I was told by my doctor that I have IBS, after a lot of test was done, blood work, ultrasound, and an endoscopy. I just don't understand why the pain is mainly in the right upper part of my stomach. I do get pain all over my stomach, but most of it is in the right upper part. Can any on help me? Do any one else feel this?

Most of those with IBS have pain in the lower left abdomen so it's understandable why you're questioning you're diagnosis. Are you C or D? Some of the lesser things tested for are celiac, microscopic colitis, small intestine bacterial overgrowth, thyroid, and slow transit.
