Hi,
Does anyone know if α gluco-oligosaccharide is a FODMAP? I can only find information on fructo- and galacto oligosaccharides which are definitely on the FODMAP list. I have been looking at a supplement that is supposed to help protect your microbiome but it contains this and I'm not sure if it is just going to make things worse for me (mainly gas and bloating symptoms right now) Thanks!
